FTBFS: broken build-depends

On a test rebuild of hoary:

Build-Depends: debhelper (>> 4.0.0), coreutils, libidl-dev (>= 0.8.0 ),
zlib1g-dev, docbook-to-man, zip, dpatch, m4, mozilla-thunderbird-dev (>= 1.0),
mozilla-thunderbird-dev (<< 1.0.0), autoconf2.13, mozilla-dev (>= 2:1.7.5),
mozilla-dev (<< 2:1.7.5.0), gcc-3.4 [amd64], g++-3.4 [amd64]
...
After installing, the following source dependencies are still unsatisfied:
mozilla-dev(inst 2:1.7.6-1ubuntu1 ! << wanted 2:1.7.5.0)

We should probably sync enigmail with Debian, as we've updated to TBird
1.0.2 and Moz 1.7.6, so we want/need an enigmail with explicit support for
both.
