conversation window contact->block contact doesn't actually add to the blocked contacts list

was receiving spam ims from the same im name every few days, and conversation window's contact->block contact was not helping.

then noticed contact list has edit->blocked contacts, which did not include that im name. just added it, hopefully will actually block that user.

2).if so than define the steps to reproduce it?

Actually looks like even the edit->blocked contacts entry doesn't seem to work.

basically, I get the spam ims from the same yahoo user every day. I have not been able to block that user.
