empathy contact list window don't remember position

Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

When I close and reopen the window with contact, windows doesn't remember its position and opened up a few pixels to the right of the previous window. When I repeatedly open and close the window, slowly shifting to the right of the screen.

i have not seen this issue in oneirics. i try to reproduce it but fail
1). is this bug reproduce able?
2). if so than describe steps to reproduce it?
