Empathy not connecting Video to Windows Live Messenger

Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
If a Video call is attempted to someone using the Windows Live Messenger client at the receiving end, the receiver can see and hear me but I cannot see or hear them. There is a video window opened - see screen shot MSN.png attached.
If the Windows Live Messenger user initiates the Video call, then the call is not connected when answered in Empathy. It just shows Connecting... - see screen shot MSN2.png
