Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
Using Maverick current version the notification sound is played when an instant message is received by Empathy, and the MeMenu envelope turns green, but the notification of the message that should normally pop up on the top right of the desktop does not execute until you click on the MeMenu, and then click on the message notification from there. Then the notification sound plays a second time, and the desktop notification pops up as well.
