No outgoing calls on SIP

I tried to initiate outgoing SIP calls.

Calls remain in "Connecting..." state, they got "Disconnected" after a while.

In my understanding this is a completly different issue - I don't understand what inbound video calls (#597233) and outgoing voice calls (this bug) have to do with each other. Not talking about the fact that #597233 was fixed in 0.6.2-1ubuntu1, while this appears to be in 0.6.2-1ubuntu1.

If you tell me where to look for more information to analyze the problem (besides the attached logs), I can do that, no problem, I'm very interested in solving this issue.
