Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

The indicator-applet-session interface implies unified control over your chat and broadcast accounts. However, when you change the user icon / picture there, it doesn't actually change anything in Empathy, leaving you to dig through the Empathy menus to change your user picture.
