Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

This is not a bug but a feature request.
Empathy does not allow to block contacts in the contacts list on version 2.28.x up to version 2.30.x

Let's say I have X (account msn), Y (account yahoo), Z (account jabber) contacts in my contacts list.
I want to chat with X & Y, X excluded: this can not be done.
Needless to say, being unable to be selectively available is a privacy concern.
