Empathy needs audible indication for VoIP dialing, to show connection status

Bug Description

When making VoIP connection, empathy just silently show dialog box.

There should be also the same audible behavior, like for telephone (or skype) calls - beeps. That's more usual.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue , in the default Ubuntu 9.10 install , that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of the project.

upstream says they have fixed it but if ubuntu don't have the required sound files how can one hear the sound.
