libempathy-dev is missing a dependency on libtelepathy-glib-dev

libempathy-dev in karmic (2.27.91.1-2ubuntu2) is missing a dependency on libtelepathy-glib-dev.

The include files include headers from libtelepathy-glib-dev:
empathy-account-settings.h:#include <telepathy-glib/connection-manager.h>
empathy-account.h:#include <telepathy-glib/connection.h>
empathy-connection-managers.h:#include <telepathy-glib/connection-manager.h>
empathy-contact.h:#include <telepathy-glib/contact.h>
[...]

And pkg-config --exists --print-errors libempathy complains that it couldn't find libtelepathy-glib.pc.

desktop-data-model FTBFS because of this (don't know if other packages are affected too).

Looks like this bug is the reason the empathy plugin in nautilus-sendto is not getting built. Please refer to bug #414503.
I just found out that configure script in nautilus-sendto checks for telepathy-glib headers installed but there is no explicit dependency on libtelepathy-glib-dev.

the change has been uploaded now
