Remove webkitgtk from archive

webkitgtk is obsolete and has been replaced by webkit2gtk. This requires things to be ported to the new API.

The port to webkit2gtk[1] has been complete for quite a while now. Need to touch base with Scott and Robert to decide how to move forward with replacing current (deprecated) lightdm-webkit-greeter package with a new package for lightdm-webkit2-greeter.
