Chat messages with no formatting when using Ubuntu theme

Bug Description

Please see the attached image.

The third conversation box is not formatted and the contact name does not appear.

This is happening with many different contacts. But it seems to happen only when the default Ubuntu theme is set.

Hi, everyone.

This bug is not only a FORMAT bug!

With the "Ubuntu theme", new messages - that appear on sys notification window - don't appear on chat window !!!

I need to close the chat window and reopen it to "update" messages.
