When I select (invisible) in the top bar, empathy changes the status to (busy).

This seems to be a bug in empathy. telepathy-indicator (the component providing messaging menu integration with empathy) correctly requests TP_CONNECTION_PRESENCE_TYPE_HIDDEN when I choose "invisible" from the messaging menu.
