Empathy shortcut bug Shift + F

I don't know if this is a bug or what, whenever I press Shift + F in empathy when setting a new status, instead of capitalizing the letter I typed, It just looks for contacts.

I'm using Ubuntu 12.10

for what are you using this shortcut ?
this shortcut may be for that purpose is search inside the empathy.

If the user wanted to capitalize the letter F, I know this is minor but I think the best shortcut for contact search is ctrl+f

For what it's worth, i find this bug to be more than a little annoying... Has this been resolved in a newer build than is available in the main distro repo?

Also, as a work around you can cut/paste a capital f, if you really need to.
