Bug Description

Every time I boot up Empathy refuses to connect to my two gTalk accounts for a while. Sometimes it resolves itself within 5 minutes, while other times it takes a lot longer.
It doesn't matter if I change my online status to Offline and back to Online, or click the little blue reload button, nothing seems to work.

This has been happening since I upgraded to 12.10 and Empathy was tied into the Online Accounts system.

What can I do to debug this so it can be fixed?

I notice the same problem since I installed Ubuntu 12.10.
Sometimes the empathy connect to gtalk and facebook.
In addition, the GMailWatch shares the same problems.
These problems happen at my work but at home don't.
Maybe these problems can be caused by a network configuration but I dont know.
