Actually, I would like to bump the priority of this one because I wouldn't want email-reminder to ruin someone's marriage!
As it is, it is very likely that an anniversary event will never get sent.
This version of email-reminder adds new error-reporting for any unexpected errors while processing an event.
(I am both the upstream and the Debian maintainer of this)
