xdg-open(gvfs-open) doesnot work when I launch it within emacs. For example in eshell this command:
xdg-open ~/1.pdf
shows only evince icon for a second and doesnot open file 1.pdf.
However it works with
setsid xdg-open ~/1.pdf.
The same happens if i try to open file with start-process and xdg-open. |
