Bug Description

I'm using join-display with an built-in laptop HiDPI screen and an external 1920x1080 screens. I set fractional scaling 200% on HiDPI one and 100% on 1920x1080 one.

The emacs window on 1920x1080 screen displays clearly, but blurs on the HiDPI one.

If I switched to non-fractional scaling(still 200%, 100%), then it does not blur, but only the top-left area of my HiDPI screen displays while the remaining area is black.
