Bug Description

8:6.9.6.6+dfsg-1ubuntu3 is installed, but the system wants to upgrade to 8:6.9.7.0+dfsg-2ubuntu1. playonlinux and texlive-full are held back as long as imagemagick-6-common is held back, but emacs-snapshot would get removed on the imagemagick upgrade.
