Bug Description

Binary package hint: electric

Steps to reproduce:
1. (after you have a library to work in) create a new cell in schematic view that consists of nothing but an exported input component and an exported output pin.
2. Create another cell, place an instance of the above cell in it,
3. create an input component, connect the input component to the initial cell
4. Try to toggle negation, using either C-t or the dropdown menu

Expected result:
Negation symbol, or if this action is for whatever reason not kosher, the lack of a dropdown menu available (maybe greyed out or something).

Actual Result:
Absolutely nothing happens.
