Bug Description

Binary package hint: ekiga

Will not access webcam in Ubuntu 10.10 but has done so in previous verions of Ubuntu. Other webcam applications access the camera OK.

Somehow the distribution upgrade had affected the video channel. Resetting the channel to 0 enabled video.
