reading http://librarian.launchpad.net/3268131/buildlog_ubuntu-edgy-amd64.ekiga_2.0.2-1ubuntu2_FAILEDTOBUILD.txt.gz it looks like the archive is in flux and the build dependencies can not be satisfied. The build will be 'given back' at a later point - I'll make sure that happens. Thanks for pointing that out.
