Hi,

You need to remove ekiga first:
$ sudo apt-get remove ekiga

Then you can install ekiga-gtkonly:
$ sudo apt-get install ekiga-gtkonly

Since Ubuntu Jaunty, there no ekiga-gtkonly any more.
