It seems Ekiga try to register using the SIP protocol. You should use H323 instead;

Remove the entry for fz-gd.vidkonf.niif.hu:
go to Edit->Accounts , right click on the account and remove it.

Create an H.323 account:
go to Edit->Accounts->Accounts (the top menu in the new window) -> Add an H.323 account
