Won't start - missing libpt.so.1.9.2

Bug Description

After upgrading to Dapper, the ekiga app simply won't start. Starting from a terminal says says that is missing libpt.so.1.9.2. Starting from the menus unhelpfully returns no error msg at all but simply doesn't work.

This is version 1.99.0-0ubuntu4.

The appropriate fix would be to update to ekiga beta2 which uses the libpt that is installed.

new opal has to be given back, then ekiga.
