Bug Description
Binary package hint: ekiga
Ubuntu intrepid ibex 8.10 beta (updated)
Ekiga should understand the prefix plus + sign instead of "00" for international pc-to-phone calls.
A reason would be that in some countries they use 99 instead of 00. Another reason would that many people provide their number with a plus "+" prefix.
Ekiga, as it is, does not detect the + prefix as a pc-to-phone number and tries to connect to something, though I don't know where (probably as a pc-to-pc?)
