Not able to send SMS

Hi. I followed the instructions contained here http://wiki.diamondcard.us/EkigaPhone to send SMS and set the account configuration to sip.diamondcard.us .

However, I'm not able to send SMS to mobile phones, display says "Error: not allowed". Why?

With the eugw.ast.diamondcard.us configuration I succeeded to call, but I would rather like to send SMS...
