I cannot make outgoing calls. Nobody can here me, but everything works fine in setup

I am using the latest Kubuntu, Egiga works fine if I listen to myself on headphones or run all tests, but as soon as I make a real call, nobody can here me.

Can you try to call sip:<email address hidden> ? This is an echo service. (you must register to ekiga.net to use this number)
Can you hear yourself using this service?
