How do you resolve the, "security check failed" message at the bottom of the Ekiga display phone if you have completely registered?

Bug Description

I am registered as a user - but when I dial or connect, a message "security check failed" comes up at the bottom and the process stops - any advice?
I am using PC-to-phone and am also a registered diamond user.
