From the duplicate I just added:

When you make a phonecall to someone with Wengophone with video support enabled. This crash will occur. Disabling video support will work around the problem.

Rjected for too old version of ekiga (2.0.3) upstream, but that is still supported in Ubuntu 6.10..

Are you able to test if this problem occurs with ekiga in gutsy? The gutsy release contains a new ekiga which fixes a lot of problems.

too young (early stage of development) for me.

The crash is similar to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367981. Could anybody install libopal-2.2.0-dbgsym and get a backtrace?
