Bug Description

In the kubuntu 14.04, the ejabberd service is working around. But upgrage to the kubuntu 16.04, the ejabberdctl isn't working, though the ejabberd service is still running. when use 'sudo ejabberdctl',it reports the following error:
/usr/sbin/ejabberdctl:line 385:/proc/sys/kernel/random/uuid:permission denied
/usr/sbin/ejabberdctl:line 366:???? segment fault $Exec_cmd "$CMD"
The same error is also in the kubuntu 16.10.
But when I rename the ejabberdctl to the ejabberdctl_new, then 'sudo ejabberdctl_new' is working good.

I had a similar problem as the one described here. I resolved the issue in my case by updating the distributed ejabberdctl apparmor profile as described at http://askubuntu.com/questions/865578/is-there-a-way-to-override-a-hat-child-profile-in-an-apparmor-local-override-fil
