ical connector not working -> directory icalsrv missing in package

Bug Description

eGroupware packages are missing the icalsrv directory. This directory is in the tar.gz but not packaged into any deb. The file icalsrv.php is included but useless without the directory.

Please include icalsrv.

A comment on this from the developer himself:
"I would recommend NOT to use it, but use the CalDAV server build into stock egroupware (GroupDAV application)"
