Bug Description
This happened during a routine upgrade after installing a custom version of this package without the dependancy for libgcc1 because they required each other to be set up to install, meaning that if you tried to install them, you would find a paradox of one package requiring the other.
Basically, one couldn't run without the other, and they couldn't be installed at once. One had to go then the other, yet that was impossible because they depend on each other, so on so forth.
This was an autogenerated report.
It may also help to know the fact that I was upgrading via synaptic so that a full upgrade could be completed, instead of a partial one due to the removal and installation of packages was also involved, not just upgrading. (for instance, one component could be upbrading from "component1" to "component2.3" in the package name itself.)
