[Arm][Multilib] ldconfig resulting Segmentation Fault

On 64 bit LE Ubuntu Rootstrap, Running ldconfig resulting Segmentation Fault with details as below

Steps:
a>Copied sys-root from Aarch32 (LE)toolchain.
b>Created link for /lib/lib32 and /usr/lib/li32 to sys-root/lib and sys-root/usr/lib respectively
c>Added entry of lib32.conf in /etc/ld.so.conf.d/ with below entry
/lib/lib32
/usr/lib/lib32
d> remove /etc/ld.so.cache and /var/cache/ldconfig/aux-cache
e> run ldconfig -f /et/ld.so.conf.d/lib32.conf , Resulting into segmentation fault
