Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libhwloc5 : Depends: libc6 (>= 2.7) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libnuma1 (>= 2.0.8~rc4) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libpci3 (>= 1:3.1.9-2) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libxml2 (>= 2.7.4) but it is not going to be installed
PreDepends: multiarch-support but it is not going to be installed

This bug was fixed in the package eglibc - 2.15-0ubuntu18

eglibc (2.15-0ubuntu18) quantal; urgency=low

  * Version Breaks on libhwloc0 so that it doesn't catch recent libhwloc5
packages which provide libhwloc0 (LP: #1048566).
