Bug Description

Currently, edubuntu-desktop:
 * Depends: ubuntu-desktop, atomix, edubuntu-artwork, gnome-icon-theme-gartoon, khelpcenter4, kolourpaint4, xaos
 * Recommends: edubuntu-docs, gobby, italc-client, liferea, pessulus, sabayon, scribus, ubuntu-edu-preschool, ubuntu-edu-primary, ubuntu-edu-secondary, ubuntu-edu-tertiary

I think it would be best to lower atomix, edubuntu-artwork, gnome-icon-theme-gartoon, khelpcenter4, kolourpaint4 and xaos to recommendations, not dependencies.

This way older students or teachers that want to install edubuntu-desktop while keeping the vanilla Ubuntu themes and icons will be able to do so without seeking ugly workarounds (e.g. setting mandatory gconf keys for all users or manually deleting /usr/share/gconf/defaults/20-edubuntu etc).
