edubuntu-artwork preventing an update to ubuntu-docs

Before Christmas, an ubuntu-docs update was prepared
(http://doc.ubuntu.com/debs/breezy-updates) and uploaded but it appears that it
cannot be pushed through until edubuntu-artwork, ubuntu-docs and kubuntu-docs
are patched to ensure that they don't step on each others' toes. I'm filing the
bug because some time has past without me hearing anything about whether the
update can go through yet, and I would like to keep track of what is going on.
