Bug Description
2024.02 had PXE/HTTP boot enabled/available as boot options, 2024.05-1 no longer seems to provide these options.

This is due to the RNG protocol enforcement changes by upstream. Netboot is simply disabled if one doesn't pass `-device virtio-rng-pci` to a qemu VM
