~/Private remains mounted afted logout

Bug Description

Private directory remains mounted after user leaves session (Ubuntu 16.04).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as regular user to your favourite DE
2. Make sure ~/Private directory is mounted
3. Logout
4. Login as root user
5. List mounted partitions and see Private directory still being mounted

Hi,

Why should directory be unmounted after you logout? Everytime you boot the machine and enter your login password, you will find the Private directory has already been mounted. You login password is the key to Private directory.
