ecryptfs-utils shouldn't depend on libnss3-1d

ecryptfs-utils shouldn't depend on libnss3-1d. You should be able to run 'apt-get purge libnss3-1d' without removing ecryptfs-utils.

libnss3-1d is a transitional package to ensure smooth transition of all packages to libnss3.
