"ecryptfs-setup-private --undo" doesn't tell you how to restore the home folder

Bug Description

You delete your home folder according to those instructions, but then it's not clear how to restore it properly.

(ecryptfs removal was done to see if it was causing the really slow IO on a 5400 rpm, dualcore cheap laptop)
