Eclipse not responding after popping up code completion

Sometimes, I get eclipse not responding after popping up the code completion. I got it, for example, when I type "attr" in startElement method (extending SAX' DefaultHandler), I type Ctrl+Space, the completion popup showed, and eclipse become not responding, but the window did not become black/monochrome like usual not-reponding window in Ubuntu.
