Fixed, I just go to ~/.swt/lib/linux and created symbolic link to /usr/lib/jni (where libswt- pi-gtk- 3740.so) is installed:
raul@laptop: ~/.swt/ lib/linux$ / ln -s /usr/lib/jni x86_64
That fixed my problem, but ... what can I do to make my Eclipse installation search at /usr/lib/jni instead that on ~/.swt/ lib/linux/ x86_64 ?
