Eclipse Mutiple Windows Problem in ADT Plugin

When running ADT[Android] Plugin in Eclipse for the first time we need to setup the sdk in preference.
1. We have Eclipse Window running
2. We have Preference Window running
3. We have SDK Browse window running

Now it ask for sending the statistics to google -> a new Window. This make all other window [1-3] hidden behind.

The problem is we should do the necessary action to close the Statistic window.

At this moment i can click on any other open / running window[1-3]. But obviously we cannot do any other action in it but we can make them active which should not be allowed as we cant do anything in it.

I hope i made my self clear. I am not clear whether its ubuntu or eclipse or ADT level bug. But i strongly feel we should not be able to activate other windows.
