Bug Description
Binary package hint: eclipse
In most applications the menu bar is integrated into the top bar of the desktop. In eclipse the menubar is still a part of the window, even if the application is maximized. Additionally, when launching eclipse, it never puts an application icon in the 'app bar' (or whatever it's called) so you can only switch to it by manually clicking or alt+tabbing. If the app is pinned, it tries to launch a new instance of the app every time the icon is clicked.
