Can you reproduce this issue with eclipse 3.5.2-2ubuntu1 on lucid (Ubuntu 10.04)?

I still have the problem with this particular EPP update site.
When I tried this update site, it was because the update site list was empty on a fresh install.

However, there is now an update site installed by default which works fine. I installed the Java EE Developer Tools from this update site, which seems to install a component set similar to the EPP Java EE feature.

So I have what I need, but I don't know if not being able to use the official EPP update site can be considered as a bug or not.
