eclipse galileo ignores mouseclicks

Bug Description

Binary package hint: eclipse

Installing/Extracting the official eclipse.org galileo release into Ubuntu 9.10 yields to mouseclicks on wizard buttons beeing ignored. Workaround: Tab-to-the button, press enter or space. Eclipse logfiles contains nothing.

Eclipse Build id: 20090920-1017 (eclipse-jee-galileo-SR1-linux-gtk)

We can't do anything about bugs in the eclipse.org packager. You can either use the Ubuntu package, which has this fixed, wait for eclipse.org to release an official version with the fix, or pull the patch out of eclipse's bug tracker and build your own eclipse package with it.

Sorry, did search bugs.launchpad.net for "eclipse mouse" and "eclipse
click" but found nothing maybe because I searched in the "eclipse"
package altough its a error in the GTK-package.

Well, actually there were bugs on both sides (gtk and eclipse) that caused this. Thanks for searching for duplicates first. I'll try to make bug 443004 more findable.
