Bug Description
Reproduce:
1. Write something in Eclipse. For example, a java app. Don't save yet.
2. Log off.
3. Eclipse won't ask you if you want to save the changes.
4. java app gone.
It's the same for other apps. For example: scite, geany (text editors).
Tested on Jaunty.
