Please kindly update Eclipse to 4.3 (Kepler)

Eclipse needs a more rolling up distribution. Official Eclipse PPA https://launchpad.net/~eclipse-team/+archive/ppa didn't recieve updates since Eclipse 3.5. I don't know the reason but this needs to be improved. If there are licensing issues around, needs assign people to the job, or others, please move this up for advance.

There are a lot users asking why Ubuntu still don't ship 4.2 or 4.3 in Ubuntu 13.04. And I would be nice if the upgrade at least it taken for 13.10 at least.

Also a new incoming Eclipse Kepler 4.3 will be released with more new features http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/kepler/

Please, dont let Eclipse die in Ubuntu because nobody builds .debs. Most users now are downloading tar.gz and uncompressing from eclipse.org but Ubuntu needs to ship this as .deb with easy integration in desktop.
