I finally seem to have fixed it by starting up new workspace, then going to updates, not all would install because of permissions problem, then I ran it as root and it updated. Now Android developer tool doesn't work, unfortunately.

Same for me, I renamed my old indigo workspace and let juno make a fresh one, then compared the two. I think that the cause of this issue arepackages installed from p2 repositories, like PyDev may make the workspace incompatible?

oops sorry, eclipse 3.8, *not juno*, sorry for the typo. My point is that just as @NoBugs! (luke32j) wrote, that Android SDK tool didn't work when you replace your workspace, and eclipse 3.8 doesn't work with the previous workspace.

weird, now it works with my old workspace, after I had re-installed pydev, and it works with all of my old workspaces. But it's true, several of the plugins that were previously installed are missing including the Android SDK. bummer
